Smartwatch maker Fossil has introduced its latest model, the Gen 6 Wellness Edition.

The Gen 6 Wellness Edition wristwatch from Fossil is powered by the Snapdragon Wear 4100+ platform and will come with Google Wear OS 3. The watch will include a modernised user interface, watch navigation, and enhanced health and wellness metrics.
The touchscreen display is 1.29 inches and is constantly on, and the buttons may be customised. It is equipped with 8 GB of internal memory and 1 GB of RAM. Fossil claims that it can withstand three atmospheres of water pressure. The sensors on the watch include an accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, altimeter, PPG Heart Rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, Off-body IR sensor, and an ambient light sensor, and the watch can connect to other devices through Bluetooth 5.0 LE, WiFi, GPS, and NFC SE.
The new Gen 6 Wellness Edition smartwatch from Fossil will be available with a choice of three different cases, each measuring 44mm and finished in either black IP, silver-tone stainless steel, or rose gold-tone stainless steel. Taking cues from classic analogue watches, the Gen 6 Wellness Edition's three new watch faces, the Wellness Gauge, the Heritage Wellness, and the Heritage GMT, emphasise health-related data in a fresh way.
