Wakefit.co, a D2C home and sleep solutions platform, announced on Thursday, November 3, 2022, the implementation of a "No Questions Asked" wellness leave policy for its workforce. Once each month, the policy grants all workers a leave without questioning. The platform said that its employees will have access to wellness leaves to help them relax and recharge in order to improve their overall physical, mental, and emotional health. Employees may take time off for health reasons, but they are also free to do whatever makes them happy.
