Will workplace mental health improve in 2022?

In 2022, mental health will play a larger part in global development objectives. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, stress response syndromes, psychotic illnesses, etc. have been de-stigmatized in recent years. Mental health is one of the most neglected areas in India, despite our numerous benefits. Depression is a primary cause of disability, and suicide is the fourth greatest cause of mortality among 15-29-year-olds, according to the WHO. People with serious mental illness die 20 years early from avoidable physical diseases.
