Mastering Balance: Unlocking Inner Harmony with Transformative Asanas
Building better balance through transformative asanas is achievable with dedication. These poses not only improve physical equilibrium but also cultivate mental focus and harmony, facilitating a balanced and fulfilling life. Varan, on his Instagram, shared three impactful asanas taught by Anshuka Parwani. The first is Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), which involves standing tall with feet together, shifting weight to one foot, and bending the opposite knee while placing the foot on the inner thigh or calf. The second is Eka Pada Utkatasana (One-legged Chair Pose), where one leg is extended while slowly lowering the hips. Lastly, Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) emphasizes balance, flexibility, and strength by reaching for the foot or ankle while leaning forward and extending the opposite arm. These poses can be held for 30-60 seconds and switched between sides.
